HOW WE OPERATE
Once you have agreed to work with us, we will go over the necessary paperwork needed to file a successful claim on your behalf.
There is no out-of-pocket cost to you. We only get paid if and when we recover your money.
At your earliest convenience, we will schedule an appointment to have a notary come out to you, to have all signatures recorded. Normal claims processing time can take 60-90 days depending on the state, city, and county where the funds are held.
